One turtle in every row, column and coloured zone. Turtles never touch, not even corner to corner. Tap once for a pebble, twice for a turtle. Drag to lay or lift pebbles.
Drag across squares to place rocks. Start on a rock to remove rocks instead. Turtles stay in place.
